I understand that the financial institution (s) (which may or may not be introduced to us by Midgette Auto.com will rely on this information to judge my credit worthiness and in their decision-making as to whether to make any loan to me, and will retain this application and information about me whether or not this application is approved. Further, I authorize an investigation of my credit and employment history by and I authorize the lender (s) to release information about its experience with me as they may deem appropriate. I understand that false statements may subject me to criminal penalties and/or other adverse Consequences.

The purchase of a motor vehicle requires considerable accumulation of nonpublic personal information. For example, if we sell or lease you a vehicle - extending you credit at your request - we will receive information from you in order to determine your creditworthiness. We may also obtain information from a credit-reporting agency. We may also obtain information from third parties such as employers, references and insurance companies.
Some of the information we obtain from you may be required by state of federal agencies, such as the Department of Motor Vehicles or the Internal Revenue Service. This information may be required even if you were to pay cash for your vehicle. Examples would be a driver's license or social security number.

Unless we have indicated our desire to share your nonpublic personal information with non-affiliated third parties (by checking the box in the section below), we share information:
A) For everyday business purposes, such as to process transactions, maintain account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations, or report to credit bureaus.
B) For purposes of processing a sale or lease transaction as your request or authorize, such as submitting information to third party financial institutions that may be requested to take an assignment of the contract or verifying insurance coverage information.
Note:(By entering captcha) you hereby acknowledge that Midgette Auto., will and authorize that they may submit your information as supplied herein and as may otherwise be supplied to them to 3rd party institution(s) who may consider providing you with a car loan (financing). you hereby further understand that in the event of getting your car loan approved through the third party arranged with the assistance of Midgette Auto. utilizing the information you supply them with, ownership of the vehicle you may be shown by Midgette Auto., will first be transferred to the third party institution arranging the car loan for you and that Midgette Auto. will not be the seller to you of such vehicle and that Midgette Auto. shall have no further responsibility or involvement in the actual sale to you and that Midgette Auto. will have no involvement or responsibility for any charges that may be charged to you in connection with your financing contract with the third party institution you may be introduced to by Midgette Auto. you understand that you will have the opportunity to consider and decide upon whether to accept any such related charges on your own and without any discussion with or any other input from Midgette Auto.
