2.  Participation in this program is offered at the sole discretion of Midgette Auto Sales and may be terminated at any time without prior notice.

3.  Midgette Auto Sales reserves the right to disqualify any person(s) from participation, if in its sole judgment the member violates the rules and regulations governing this program.

4.  All members must be 18 years of age to participate.

5.   The program has no pre-determined termination date.  The program may be terminated at any time without prior notice at the wishes of Midgette Auto Sales.

6.  Corporations, partnerships and other entities may not be eligible to participate.

7.  Midgette Auto Sales reserves the right to change the program rules at any time without prior notice to members.

8.  Oil & Filter Changes are Free when your required manufactures maintenance schedule is preformed in our service department.

9  Annual NC State inspections are free as long  you have your regular vehicle maintenance preformed in our Service Department.

10. Service & Parts Guarantee: If we service & install a part and it fails again due to workmanship we will replace it at no cost to you.
